• High Season: July and August - Full Week rentals Sat to Sat: 12 000 € p/w

• Mid Season: May, June & September - Weekdays 1 150 € p/n Weekends (Fri/Sat) 1 850 € p/n

• Mid Season Weekend rate (arrive 4pm Friday depart 6pm Sunday): 4 850€​​

• Low Season: January to April and October to December - Weekdays  900€ p/n Weekends (Fri/Sat) 1 700€ p/n.

• Low Season Weekend rate (arrive 4pm Friday depart 6pm Sunday): 4 000€

Prices may vary during national holidays and school holidays outside of July and August.

In the low season, there is a 3 night minimum stay (except on the special weekend rate). In mid season we ask for a minimum of 5 nights (except on the special weekend rate).  In July and August it is a minimum 7 night stay running from Saturday to Saturday. 

We offer a 10% discount for 7 nights or longer bookings in mid and low season

Prices exclude local visitor tax (taxe de séjour) which vary depending on group size, length of stay and number of children in the group. This cost will be detailed at the time of booking.
